Level up your Pilates practice with props! Pilates is a mind-body core-centric workout that focuses on posture, strength, balance and flexibility. Working with clients in the GTA for the past 14 years, Jen provides a challenging and safe space where people can push themselves to their full fitness potential. This class will introduce the use of small props to increase muscular challenge and endurance.
