Provincial Lockdown Update - January 12, 2021

*Due to the new 'State of Emergency' policies, we STRONGLY RECOMMEND choosing free local delivery at checkout. Please, only choose curbside pick up if it's absolutely necessary. If you must choose curbside pick up, we'll message you with an assigned pick up time since our front entrance has limited space due to the construction on Kent St. directly in front of the store. Thank you for your understanding! 

Are you open for business?

We are open for curbside pick up, Canada wide shipping and free local delivery (please see delivery map). 

Please place your online order and select your pick up or delivery option at the checkout and please visit our COVID page for continued updates. 

Are you accepting our personal containers for refill during the closure?

During the provincial lockdown, we will not be refilling personal containers. 
Instead, we are offering our bulk products for purchase in mason jars for a $1 deposit fee. This price is reflected in the prices listed online and the jars may be returned by appointment at our storefront, during your curbside pick up or left on your step prior to a delivery drop off.

What is your return policy?

We are happy to offer store credit or exchange within 7 days on many items in our store.  For hygienic reasons, personal care products that are not sealed are not exchangeable or eligible for store credit.  
Items that have been purchased prior to Christmas are eligible for exchange or store credit prior to January 15th.
