Relax + Restore: Gua Sha Tutorial + Somatic Practice + Yoga Nidra

Join us in exploring somatic movement and mindful breathwork with Emily followed by an hour workshop learning how to promote glowy, rejuvenated skin by using a Gua Sha stone with Raven.
 
Together we’ll learn about the lymphatic system, how to massage the face and use the Gua Sha stone to improve circulation, skin tone and sculpt. Includes a take home booklet full of resources.
 
Round out the evening embracing the restorative power of Yoga Nidra guided by Emily. Cultivate a safe space for self-connection, embodied awareness and regulate your nervous system. You will leave feeling grounded, rejuvenated, and more attuned to your body.

*Please bring your own Gua Sha and neutral facial oil or purchase that night from Raven. Wear a wide neck top/tank top where collar bones are exposed.
Bring a yoga mat, pillow or yoga bolster and a blanket to get comfy. Chairs are also available if required.
