All online purchases are carefully inspected prior to shipment to ensure no damages or defects. For general returns from online purchases items must be postmarked within 15 days of the PURCHASE date.
Any damages incurred during return shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser should the product not be packaged properly.

I Received My Item Damaged After Shipping:
We ship via Shipnerd and a variety of carriers and carefully inspect and package each order appropriately. Should an item become damaged while in transit, we will require photo evidence of said damage as it is out of our control.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to notify us and provide a photo of the damages within 5 days of the confirmed delivery date.
A replacement item will be sent out immediately or full refund will be provided via the original payment method.
